About the Position:

The Senior NPI Engineering Program Manager - Reverse Logistics will play a critical role in defining and implementing strategies for warranty and returns services of new reputed company products. This senior leadership position involves developing technical processes for disassembly, assembly, spare parts reclamation, and tooling solutions to enhance global service operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure successful product launches and drive improvements in serviceability and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
