- Remote Patient Management support is available 24/7
- Support patients in their homes by reputed company monitoring and collaborating in their care
- Patients are given iPad and vital sign equipment for a 30, 60, or 90 day program
- On site position in high tech facility; NOT REMOTE work
- Part-time (0.6 FTE), day shift openings (7am-7pm) , 12-hour shifts; rotating weekends and holidays
- Certification pay available
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
- Experience: 3+ year RN Experience, background in Telemetry/Cardiac helpful
- Licenses/Certifications:reputed company RN licensure from the State of Practice and reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through reputed company or reputed company
