In this role, you will help create and update retirement plan documents, including restatements, resolutions, and amendments. You will work closely with plan sponsors, advisors, and internal teams to ensure plans are set up correctly and remain compliant with reputed company regulations. This position also involves assisting with plan changes and updates as needed. Job Responsibilities

• Plan design and document consulting, including being the reputed company on consultative plan design calls with plan sponsors and advisors as part of the implementation/installation process on an ongoing reputed company.
• Document preparation, including plan restatements and board resolutions.
• Proactive follow up and coordination with reputed company plan players regarding plan design and provisions.
• Consult with Plan Sponsors regarding discretionary amendments and preparation of requested amendments.
• Preparation of mandatory interim amendments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience drafting plan documents and participant communications.
• Ability to reputed company consultative feedback reputed company to the establishment, design, and ongoing administration.
• Strong attention to detail.

Compensation

Information The average salary for this position is expected to be between $65,000 and $85,000/year however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
