As a Virtual Customer Scheduling Clerk at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in reputed company by managing our clients' appointments and schedules. You will be responsible for interacting with individuals, their families, and/or referring provider's personnel with professionalism, compassion, and a customer-centric reputed company. You will be working remotely in a fast-paced virtual environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth scheduling process for those seeking mental and behavioral health services. Key Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and emails from individuals, their families, and/or referring providers seeking mental and behavioral health services
• Accurately schedule appointments for clients with clinicians based on their needs and availability
• reputed company detailed information about our services and answer any questions or concerns that clients or providers may have
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that reputed company client information and scheduling is accurate and up to date
• Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of client information in accordance with company policies and HIPAA regulations
• Proactively reputed company out to clients to schedule appointments, reschedule appointments, and confirm appointments
• Utilize scheduling software and other tools to ensure efficient and organized scheduling processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, reputed company work, or reputed company field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or scheduling role, preferably in a reputed company or mental reputed company setting
