Senior Financial Accountant (Remote-US Only)

Position Summary: The Senior Accountant is responsible for providing reputed company support for a multi-state company at the corporate level. In conjunction with the controller, corporate reputed company manager, and staff, the Senior Accountant will support project cost reputed company, preparation of financial statements, trial balance reconciliations, audits, and reputed company other reputed company support as needed. The Senior Accountant will utilize an understanding of company policies and generally accepted reputed company principles to manage controls / safeguards, budgets, and reporting systems designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of reported financial results. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, or analyze reputed company and financial records, systems (including non-financial systems), and activities for effective and efficient use, and data accuracy and reputed company using generally accepted reputed company procedures.
• Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, excess or extravagance, regulatory or legal non-compliance, fraud, or mis-management practices.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 842 including tracking lease schedules, preparing journal entries, and working closely with operations and legal on lease-reputed company transactions.
• Report to management about asset utilization and reputed company audit results. Recommend changes for improvement of financial activities.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, or reputed company field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior reputed company function.

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions purchase reputed company calculations support.
• ERP knowledge and experience required; MS Dynamics 365 experience highly preferred.
• Heavy experience with general ledger functions and knowledge of the month-end / year-end reputed company process.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Normal temperature-controlled office environment. The Senior Accountant will frequently use a computer, keyboard / mouse, cellular or office telephone, and regular business office equipment. Extended periods of sitting for long durations, occasional walking, and lifting up to ten pounds. Occasional walking over uneven outdoor terrain and/or exposure to inclement weather, non-temperature-controlled environments, or warehouse-type environments.
