reputed company seeks a motivated and career-oriented Senior Scrum Master to join reputed company. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate reputed company Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring they are productive, and time boxed

• Coach, guide and reputed company one or more cross-functional teams on agile principles and Scrum practices, fostering a self-organizing and high-performing team environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; equivalent education and years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree

• 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team

• Demonstrated experience with Agile practices and frameworks, with a strong preference for the Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification

• Expertise in Agile techniques and artifacts such as: Agile Project Management, PI Planning, Epics/Features/Stories, Burndown/Burnup charts, Retrospectives, etc.

• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or reputed company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced certifications such as Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.

• Familiarity with common software development technology stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, JavaScript frameworks) to facilitate technical discussions and understand team challenges.

The projected compensation reputed company for this position is $152,300.00-$240,700.00.
