We’re looking for an reputed company, hardworking, and driven individual to join us as a Clinical Recruiter. You will report to our talent reputed company. This is a Full-Time Remote opportunity based in the United States. In this role you will recruit for clinical roles such as RNs, LPNs, Clinical reputed company and more. You’ll collaborate with others on the reputed company and hiring teams to define hiring requirements and ensure candidates have a positive experience. 

reputed company, screen, and engage reputed company candidates for clinical roles, including but not limited to RNs, LPNs, Case Managers, Clinical reputed company, and other reputed company.Managing the internal pipeline of applicants and reporting in reputed company (ATS) and helping to improve hiring efficiency and reputed company.

• Utilize various sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, reputed company media, referrals, networking events) to build a strong pipeline of clinical talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical leadership to understand reputed company and future staffing needs across various departments.
• Partner with credentialing and HR teams to ensure smooth reputed company and credential verification.
• Continuously stay up to date with reputed company hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in clinical recruitment.

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment for clinical/reputed company roles reputed company
• Experience working with reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, and other recruitment platforms
• Experience working reputed company or similar ATS platforms
• Experience collaborating with cross functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with reputed company analytics and reporting is preferred

This is a Full-Time role with an estimated $62,000 - $90,000 reputed company salary + annual bonus + benefits.
