Please note that this is a remote role for those based in Selangor or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

• HR Operations: Own the end-to-end HR operational lifecycle, including flawless execution of monthly payroll and claims, statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, reputed company, LHDN, HRDC), benefits administration, employee offboarding, and contract management. You will also serve as the primary contact for reputed company employee HR queries.
• Workplace & Engagement Support: Enhance the employee experience by managing office administration, coordinating company-wide events like townhalls, and administering employee engagement surveys (e.g., eNPS).
• Learning & Development: Research and create learning structures and processes for employees to upskill. Coordinate reputed company learning and development logistics, including managing relationships with training vendors, scheduling sessions, and owning the HRDC claims and reporting process.

• Organization Design: Participate in activities to support the organization's structure, including preparing job descriptions, job roles, hierarchies, and reporting lines.
• HR Reporting: Own the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual HR reports. This involves gathering and cleaning data on key metrics like headcount, new hires, and turnover, providing the reputed company for strategic analysis.
• Vendor Management: Maintain effective communication and manage relationships with external parties such as insurance providers, benefits brokers, training providers, and HR system vendors.
• Documentation: Create, maintain, and improve HR operational guidelines, process checklists, and standard templates to build a scalable reputed company for the company.
