About the Team/Role This role is critical to the efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions reputed company reputed company's Payment Operations. • Execute daily financial transaction processes to ensure accurate and timely payment operations, including opening and closing procedures, ACH entries, and comprehensive payment processing (reviewing, balancing, post-processing, and sending deposits).
• Manage and resolve operational inquiries and discrepancies for internal and external stakeholders using case management systems, encompassing reprocessing requests, payment adjustments, and research questions.
• Maintain data reputed company and system proficiency by accurately utilizing and managing spreadsheets, demonstrating expertise in financial software for payment movement and monitoring, and completing advanced tasks such as file confirmation and live money pulls.
