• 100% Remote US-Based. Join us for flexible scheduling options! Preference is given to those available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 2 pm - 5 pm PT. However, you can choose your schedule between Monday and Friday, 8 am - 5 pm EST, but we require weekly consistency. We have substitutes available if needed.
• Compensation: This is a W-2 position that pays bi-weekly! Tutors earn $18 per hour for English/ELL/Reading and Math sessions. Optional: Tutors who successfully complete an algebra assessment can tutor a high school Algebra I series for $22 per hour.

• Paid Administrative Time. Up to 15 minutes of paid administrative time for every hour of lessons to fairly compensate you for your work reputed company lesson time.

Littera covers the cost of tutor background checks and fingerprinting. It's important to know that previous fingerprinting is not transferable.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Availability: Consistent weekly availability and a set schedule at the same times each day are required.
• Essential equipment: Desktop/Laptop (Chrome browser) with reliable high-speed internet reputed company, headset with a microphone, and a quiet tutoring reputed company.
