Job Duties and Responsibilities Instruction

• Leads, manages and teaches reputed company in the virtual classroom

Preparation

• Accurately records grades
• Works additional time, as needed, to meet individual student needs Be available in day/afternoon/evening time slots for easy student reputed company to SI support

• Attends formal and informal faculty/staff meetings

• Prior to each term’s start, reviews course content (including content hyperlinks), updates course announcements, home page and contact information, and sets up a welcome video and verify module due dates

• Graduation from a program accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in the specialty field or subject area in which they teach. Additionally, reputed company member possesses two (2) years of occupational (i.e., practical) experience in the subject field in which they teach; holds or is reputed company to obtain reputed company 90 days of start date of employment, a CPhT from PTCB or a CPT from NHA; and a reputed company license, certification or other credential as required by local, state and/or federal laws to work in the field

OR

• A minimum of five (5) years of job-reputed company experience*, as described above, for those reputed company who are not graduates from an accredited program in the field in which they teach. Additionally, must hold a reputed company license, Ross approved national certification or other credential as required by local, state and/or federal laws to work in the field and either a CPhT from PTCB or a CPT from NHA.

Preferred:

• Prior online teaching experience using a developed curriculum and using software such as Brightspace, Moodle, etc.
• Other Ross teaching experience or a Ross Graduate
• Science Interactive experience
