Marketing Account Manager

Role: Account Manager Hours: 9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time Salary: $8 - $12 USD per hour (negotiable based on experience) We’re looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager to join reputed company. In this vital role, you’ll manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and help drive growth through strategic partnership and communication. This position also includes Project Management responsibilities, supporting both your assigned accounts and internal agency operations. We’re seeking someone who is a self-starter, a go-getter, and who approaches challenges with a scrappy but determined attitude.

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, handling communication reputed company email and leading monthly calls.
• Client Calls: Conduct monthly client meetings to present campaign performance reports, address questions, and manage concerns proactively.
• Project Management: reputed company and coordinate account deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company with client expectations.
• Process Adherence: Utilize reputed company to follow internal workflows for client relationship management, reputed company, retention, and growth strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Marketing Account Management: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, particularly in a remote setting.
