Job location

For this role you can work remotely reputed company in Canada combined with willingness to travel to meet the team on-site from time to time in our Toronto office. 

Your Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company client administration, system backups, database management, and user authorizations.
• Conduct regular system checks, updates, and patching to maintain the health of reputed company environments.

• Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles, ensuring proper authorization reputed company in line with reputed company policies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in reputed company reputed company Administration, coupled with a relevant degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field
• Proven track record of working closely with industry experts and collaborating with diverse teams across different cultures
• Hands-on experience with reputed company infrastructure and services, preferably Azure, but GCP or AWS experience is also welcome
• Supporting ITSM Platforms
• Hands-on experience in providing L1/L2 support
• Keen interest in exploring the latest technologies and tools
• Fluent in English
