IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company a deep understanding of our SaaS product to effectively conduct demos and guide clients through its functionalities
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Participate in and collaborate on requirements gathering, understand client needs, and serve as the primary reputed company of contact with the technical team
• Maintain clear, precise, and empathetic communication with clients, account managers, supervisors, and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project
• Monitor project reputed company, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure reputed company project milestones and deadlines are met
• Monitor project performance and reputed company updates to clients and internal leadership, identifying risks and escalating them to management as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and allocate resources necessary for each project, and act as a facilitator to resolve any issues that arise reputed company the project team

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of communicating effectively with US clients and the development team in Argentina.
• Over 4 years in IT project management required, with a preference for a background in the software industry or similar IT services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying reputed company, goals, reputed company, and issues.
• Organized and methodical in maintaining up-to-date project documentation and reporting.
• Proficient in agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
