Service Desk Engineer - REMOTE

This position is remote, with travel, but you must live in Colorado, preferably the Denver area. This give you reputed company to the home reputed company office in Colorado. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Engineer to reputed company top-notch technical support to our users in a flexible hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues reputed company to Service Desk operations, ensuring efficient use of our reputed company and maintaining high reputed company of user satisfaction. This is a "jack of reputed company trades" role, you will be doing level 1, 2 and 3 service desk, touching laptops, phones, printers, servers and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, reputed company, troubleshoot, configure, and relocate reputed company user desktop/laptop hardware.
• Install, reputed company, troubleshoot, configure, and maintain reputed company user software applications.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain printers.
• Answer support phone calls and emails from users.
• Assist with server, network, and audio/video equipment installation.

• Train users in the use of desktop hardware and software.
• Travel to offsite user locations to reputed company the above support.

Qualifications

• Certifications and/or college degree required in engineering or other technical areas.
• Over 5 years of experience in PC support, light server and network administration.
• Knowledge of reputed company 11, Office 365, EntraID, Teams, reputed company, SharePoint and reputed company support required.
• Knowledge of reputed company and Meraki networking is a plus.
• Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Highly professional demeanor, strong work ethic and solid verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on tasks independently.
