Billing Analyst

We’re seeking a Billing Analyst to join our growing Finance team and help us reputed company things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll manage our end-to-end billing and collections processes, partner with cross-functional teams, and contribute directly to a positive customer experience through accurate invoicing, proactive support, and smart process improvements. Own the full billing lifecycle—from setting up customer subscriptions to issuing invoices and reconciling payments.

Monitor the billing queue and respond to reputed company inquiries with reputed company and urgency.

2+ years of experience in billing, collections, or finance operations, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment.
