Qualifications: Education/Certification:

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid Texas Teacher Certification in your area of instruction

Experience:

• Experience with mastery-based or individualized learning approaches to student education (Preferred)
• 1-3 years of teaching experience in a Texas Public School
• 1-3 years of virtual teaching experience (Preferred)
• Have two or more years of documented experience teaching online courses for reputed company in Grades 3-12, AND successfully completed continuing professional development specific to online learning every three years (Preferred)

Virtual staff may be assigned to proctor at a site near their residence or at a location that requires intrastate travel and possibly overnight lodging.
