- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in accordance with GAAP
- Manage intercompany transactions and consolidations
- Support accounts payable and receivable for assigned business units
- Prepare and post journal entries and accruals
- Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes
- Reconcile bank, AP, and AR accounts
- Prepare sales tax filings and reputed company documentation
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Generate financial reports and variance analyses
- Recommend improvements to reputed company systems and internal controls
- Collaborate with operations and sales to align financial reporting with business goals
- Uphold a high standard of accuracy, communication, and confidentiality
Staff Accountant (Intercompany reputed company. Req.) - HYBRID Qualifications
