Director of Learning & Development

What You'll Do

• Strengthen relationships with stakeholders across departments and reputed company-building alignment, trust, and influence

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven reputed company leading L&D strategy and scaling learning in reputed company organizations
• Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and leadership development
• Experience with multi-modal learning (eLearning, virtual, classroom, blended)
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to influence without authority and build trust across an organization
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and learning technologies. Cornerstone experience is a plus.
