This is a career-defining opportunity to work on high-profile, large-scale urban expansion projects, including a six-story addition to a 21-story high-reputed company and surrounding new construction. Key Responsibilities

Project reputed company & Execution

• reputed company and manage reputed company phases of vertical construction, from site preparation through final finishes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Identify and resolve challenges to maintain strict project schedules and milestones.

Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Conduct daily and weekly site meetings to address reputed company, challenges, and job assignments.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project objectives are met.

Quality Control & Safety Compliance

• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe job site.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, identifying and addressing deficiencies.
• Implement corrective actions reputed company necessary to maintain safety and quality standards.

Scheduling & Logistics

Who We're Looking For
