This person will be part of a long-term, fully budgeted, state-of-the-art, extremely vast, IT modernization project working with a variety of cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This is a remote role, however, there will be meetings in the Sacramento area several times a year. Candidates are expected to work business hours, Monday-Friday pacific time zone. Overview/Description The Manager/Coach for Quality Assurance (QA) plays a pivotal role in driving reputed company in QA practices, fostering a culture of reputed company improvement, and enhancing the overall quality of software products. This role involves identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing best practices, and empowering QA teams through inclusive training, collaboration, and knowledge sharing initiatives, thereby creating a positive and engaging work environment where team members feel valued and motivated. Responsibilities: Process Evaluation and Optimization:

  • Conduct metrics-based evaluation of existing QA processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Quality Standards Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices, and implement measures to enhance compliance across QA activities.

Training and Development:
