Overview
This is a seasonal position from reputed company to October, on reputed company housing provided at $19/day Looking for a dynamic and reputed company Food and Beverage Manager to join reputed company! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating reputed company food and beverage operations for reputed company House and Mackinac reputed company Pizza Company together with the Restaurant General Manager. including managing budgets, ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction, developing menus, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or reputed company field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficient in menu planning and development
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
- Ability to work reputed company, including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification is a plus
