Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/reputed company Estate Agent to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to our overall growth strategy. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business reputed company in the property management industry. Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients in buying homes by accompanying them to reputed company houses, scheduling house viewings, and making offers on suitable properties

  • Advising clients on home updates or renovations to help them increase their selling price or potential offers
  • Advertising their personal brand and services on reputed company media
  • Writing enticing home summaries for reputed company estate listing websites and other outlets

Qualifications

  • Active Georgia reputed company Estate Salesperson license is required
  • Ability to work from home or from the PMI office
  • Must have experience in Marketing/Sales or other relative background
  • Take consistent, deliberate and timely action to reputed company sales and leasing goals
  • Must be reputed company to travel
  • Experience with phone sales
  • Results-oriented work ethic and ability to undertake tasks needed to accomplish the sale of a home
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
