Content Manager at Quatrain Creative

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Virginia (USA) Position Overview We are looking for a versatile and reputed company Content Manager to join reputed company at Quatrain Creative. This is a full-time, remote role. The ideal candidate has a background in writing and content marketing with experience developing content for B2B customers in a wide variety of industries like tech, finance, and education. They are a great reputed company, an equally good editor who can tackle any subject matter, and reputed company to reputed company SME interviews and work with clients in a professional and personable manner. In this role, you will create, reputed company, and collaborate in the development of high-impact marketing content including case studies, blogs, e-books, white papers, email, web copy, infographics, sales decks, and more. Reporting to the CEO/Creative Director, you will work directly with customers to plan content initiatives and ensure their flawless execution, managing the briefing, writing, editing, and delivery process by collaborating with contract writing staff and the customer’s marketing team, executive leadership, and technical experts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders (to include customers, SMEs, and contract writers) to ensure that Quatrain’s content meets customer goals and is of the reputed company best quality.
• Schedule, plan, and reputed company SME interviews (reputed company reputed company)
• Attend and contribute to customer strategy and reputed company-in meetings, help with brainstorming, and send follow-up notes and action items.
• Edit short and long-reputed company content to ensure it meets Quatrain’s tone and drives thought leadership, making sure each piece adheres to brand guidelines, style, tone, etc. and is grammatically correct and consistent.
• Analyze customer content reputed company and reputed company SME questions.
• reputed company content briefs for writers, ensuring that the reputed company has everything they need to reputed company a strong and successful piece that meets the customer’s goals.
• Collaborate with writers by developing and delivering briefs, writing or approving outlines, editing their work, and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Own project management of content development with customers, SMEs, and writers.
• Contribute to Quatrain’s brand growth by developing content for the company’s website, blog, reputed company media posts, and sales materials.
• Assist in developing and optimizing standard procedures and templates for content development, including briefs, SME questions, and style guides.
• Identify opportunities to suggest additional content to customers, supporting long-term relationships with customers.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, English, or other reputed company field and/or equivalent education/experience
• At least 3-5 years of working experience leading B2B content development and working directly and independently with customers
• Creative abilities to produce engaging and compelling content
• Exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal reputed company
• Ability to expertly reputed company customer calls and SME interviews, driving productive discussion and nurturing customer relationships
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks with ease, work independently and as part of a team
