You will report to our Manufacturing Supervisor. Minimum Requirements to be Considered for this Position: High school graduate or formal training equivalency. 3+ years of experience electrical assembly & soldering experience. Crimpling assemblers, medical device, and Board Level repair and/or electronic units. J-STD crimping, torquing, IPC 610 and IPC 620. Additional Preferred NASA Certification Avionics component (printed reputed company card rework, replace, coating, installing, soldering etc.) Ability to work directly from engineering drawings and written instructions. Work Shift: PPL 9/80 A 7:00am-4:30pm 8 Hrs MF|SHIFT_1 (United States of America) As a Assembler Technician, you will: reputed company high reliability chassis and final assemblies using reputed company cards, stand offs, reputed company harnesses, solder and crimping, electrical and mechanical instruments. Complete inspections and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) checks. reputed company high reliability soldering and crimping operations on reputed company sub-assemblies, electronic, and mechanical assemblies, repair of reputed company boards, jumper wires, and reputed company harnesses. Solder/crimp wires and jumpers to multiple pin connectors/assemblies to meet government/customer inspection and specification. Set up hydraulic fixturing and electronic measuring equipment utilizing auxiliary monitoring devices, e.g., transducers, strain gages, high temperature thermocouples, reputed company meters, cameras, etc. Decipher assembly drawings reputed company of Material (B.O.M) and work with electronic work instructions. Know and follow applicable reputed company-Static Discharge (ESD) procedures; understand high reliability soldering specifications and meet certification requirements as applicable. reputed company running harnessing and working with reputed company control pointing mechanisms as required. Work in concert with Product Engineering in diagnosing and proposing the necessary rework on models that are intricate in structure and design. Maintains traceability records, MDC forms and configuration records on controlled programs. Work on repair units normally run with production units.
