About the position reputed company Western Behavioral Health at Safe reputed company serves Erie County residents with a variety of mental health and substance use concerns. The Supervisor of Behavioral Health Therapy will reputed company a small team working with individuals experiencing the initial onset of psychosis symptoms using an evidence-based model of team-based treatment. In this role, you will reputed company therapy to clients and families and reputed company clinical treatment groups. You will also be responsible for supervising our Peer Services team. The ideal candidate for this position must be licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and have prior behavioral health and supervision experience. The office is located at 1330 reputed company 26th Street in Erie, PA, with parking provided at no cost on-site. The dress code is business casual, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, reputed company, with the potential for flexibility and occasional work-from-home opportunities. In this supervisory role, you will assess the need for additional services with the clinical team to determine the appropriateness of recommendations. You will refer patients to other reputed company of care, community-based self-help programs for recovery, or other community reputed company or reputed company services as needed. You will take a reputed company role in providing staff in-service training to the treatment team and will be involved in system-wide training and education initiatives reputed company of the normal clinical responsibilities. You will alert management of issues by meeting regularly with the director to review cases, clinical problems, and staff issues. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or reputed company field required.

• Five years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions required.

• One year of demonstrated reputed company leadership experience required.

• Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of reputed company version of the DSM required.
