Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Operational Project Manager to reputed company and manage operations spanning multiple sites and processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing reputed company projects, implementing reputed company improvement programs, and capturing standard work in dynamic environments. Duties / Responsibilities:

• Stand Work Capture: reputed company and standardize work processes across sites, ensuring consistency and scalability. Document and implement best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, site managers, and operational teams to align on goals, expectations, and reputed company. Communicate reputed company, risks, and solutions regularly.
• Start-up Support: reputed company operational leadership and support during start-up phases for new sites or processes, ensuring smooth transitions and successful reputed company-reputed company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations management, or reputed company roles, with at least 2 years of start-up experience.
• Proven ability to manage reputed company projects across multiple locations, with experience in multi-site operations.
