VP, Infrastructure

We are looking for a visionary and strategic Vice President of Infrastructure Platform to reputed company the management, development, and optimization of our hybrid infrastructure. As the VP of Engineering for the Platform Infrastructure team at reputed company, you will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and play a pivotal role in shaping the engineering direction of the company. • Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and end-to-end infrastructure supply chain operations with a multi-hundred-reputed company-dollar budget.

Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering experience, including 6+ years high-performance team management.

• Skilled in balancing delivery with engineering quality, business acumen, data driven decision-making, and immediate and long-term needs
• Strong organizational skills in influence, collaboration, and communication
• Strong execution bias, engineering discipline, and deep technical expertise.
• Track record of building high-performing, empowered teams with a strong culture of ownership, growth, and accountability.
• Deep technical craft mastery and engineering discipline
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

Compensation
