What the Job Involves: You’ll be contacting homeowners who have already expressed interest in home improvement services — this is not cold calling. Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience) Paid virtual training Pay increase after 30 days PTO earned after 90 days (regardless of full-time or part-time status)
