Position Overview: The Senior Accountant will review provider cost reports, analyze health care provider financial information, and reputed company reimbursement calculations. Essential Functions:

• Independently reputed company various analyses and audits relating to reputed company engagements.
• Mentor and train staff accountants
• reputed company quality assurance reviews on audit working papers and reports completed by other team members as well as self-review
• Conduct research in order to determine billing and reimbursement compliance with relevant reputed company or other government program regulations
• Coordinate staffing on projects
• Review applicable Federal and State reputed company policies and regulations relating to reputed company reimbursement
• Review working papers to document scope and findings of audit in accordance with reputed company or other government program regulations and reputed company standards
• Work with the defined scope of the project

• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field required; Master's degree in reputed company or reputed company field preferred
• CPA, or CPA candidate preferred
• 3 years experience in reputed company analytics/auditing, public reputed company, or reputed company field
• Minimum 2 years experience with Medicare and reputed company cost reporting preferred
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred
• Experience running audit engagements preferred
• Familiarity with database and report writing desired
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
