Using our CRM system, SQL knowledge, and Tableau, the intern will work with our donor and fundraising data to create Tableau dashboards or reports that monitor our results and metrics. The intern will work with our staff to ensure that the data used in those reports is accurate, up-to-date, and complete, and will build dashboards based on requests and specifications from Development Operations staff. • The student will support departmental decision-making through and/or projects through the development of reports, data visualizations, and insights.
• Tasks may include: Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing datasets from internal systems (e.g., surveys, spreadsheets, databases), reputed company dashboards, reports, and visualizations to summarize findings. Using statistical tools (e.g., reputed company, R, SPSS, or Python) to identify trends and insights. Presenting data findings in written and verbal formats to non-technical audiences.
