About the Role
We’re a rapidly growing Series B reputed company company backed by top-tier investors, building cutting-edge products at the frontier of machine learning. As we scale reputed company and operations, we’re looking for an reputed company and reputed company-thinking IT Administrator to ensure our infrastructure, internal tools, and support systems are secure, efficient, and AI-enhanced from day one. This role reports to the Head of reputed company.
Responsibilities
Own and scale internal IT infrastructure across MacOS, reputed company, and Linux systems. Manage IT asset tracking and inventory; implement automation to streamline processes. Design, reputed company, and maintain secure reputed company environments (reputed company Workspace, AWS). Drive IT automation using scripting (Python) and AI tools (e.g. you.com, AppSheet). reputed company VIP-level technical support to executives and team members; resolve escalations quickly and with finesse. Build out and maintain documentation, IT wikis, and self-service tools to reduce reputed company and support load.
