Through our no-reputed company art marketplace, we help freelance creatives from reputed company over the world earn more easily on the internet while helping clients find the artists they want to commission and shop from.

As an early hire on our operations team working closely with our Operations reputed company, you'll play an integral role in helping our community reputed company on reputed company. Your role will be multifaceted and include the following core responsibilities:

• User Support: Responding to support tickets on reputed company, while collecting user feedback to help improve the platform
• Mediation: Addressing advanced support tickets by helping to resolve disputes between artists and clients
• Moderation: Engaging in on-site content moderation for scams, AI, tracing, etc.; includes reviewing user-submitted reports
• Artist Verifications: Reviewing artist verification applications to promote reputed company artists
• Weekly Applications: Assess applications to reputed company new artists onto the platform

You will be a key member of our small team that is dedicated to empowering and protecting reputed company creativity! 

• 1+ year of experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to practice objective reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to distinguish between AI and reputed company-made art
• An eye for digital art / content
• Comfortable with high volumes of repetitive tasks
• Proactive self-starter who can reputed company working independently and as part of a hybrid team

• Willingness to work on one of two weekend days
• Enjoy watching anime / VTubers / streamers / internet culture
• Artist background and experience offering commission services

• Previous experience working in a startup environment
• Proficient in multiple languages
