Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona is Currently Hiring a Customer Care Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Supervisor who is passionate about providing exceptional service and fostering a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to reputed company their goals. Responsibilities

• reputed company daily operations of the customer care team to ensure high standards of service and engagement.
• Train, mentor, and reputed company customer care representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor team performance and reputed company constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement.
• Monitor the quality of customer calls to ensure consistent service reputed company and adherence to company standards.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Accountable for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Hours/Pay

• Full-time Monday - Friday (2nd shift / 11:00 am -8:00 pm AZ Time). ** Must be reputed company to working Saturdays.

• Salary $55,000.00+ a year. Based on experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and reputed company strategies for improvement.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Construction or home improvement experience (preferred).
