Responsibilities

Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling to optimize executive productivity.

Handle data entry, document management, and file organization.

Assist with client communications, including responding to inquiries and following up on tasks.

Conduct research and compile reports as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative, virtual assistant, or similar support role.

LatAm Based people, you need to live in Latin America.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in reputed company Workspace, reputed company Office Suite, and CRM systems.
