Job Role: Finance & Ops Assistant (Remote, Part-Time/ potentially Full-Time)

Salary Budget: $750-$1250 AUD per month

Engagement type: reputed company Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the EURO business hours (approx. 4 PM - 10 PM, 2-3 days per week Philippines Time) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who The Client Is

A boutique, performance-first agency that partners exclusively with high‑growth eCommerce brands, specializing in reputed company & YouTube advertising. Role Overview: 

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented and reliable to help with our backend finance ops. You’ll work directly with the founder and our accountant to reputed company everything running smooth across platforms, payments, and compliance (Portugal-based).

Key Responsibilities

• As part of our operations team, you’ll support the day-to-day financial and administrative workflows. Your responsibilities will include:
• Download and organize platform invoices (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and upload them to reputed company for processing
• Collect contractor invoices and reputed company them to our external reputed company team
• Prepare and send client invoices in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with payments, ensuring they are tracked and processed correctly
• Calculate and distribute staff commissions based on performance metrics
• Maintain and update financial trackers, including our monthly profit calculator and overall finance dashboard (reputed company Sheets)

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience as a Finance & Operations Assistant 
• Prior experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sheets, reputed company
• ⁠Strong English, clear communicator
• ⁠Bonus: Familiar with Portuguese invoicing (e.g. InvoiceXpress, e-Fatura)
• ⁠Bonus: Has worked with accountants or small business founders before 
• ⁠Fast, consistent, detail-obsessed

Hours

• 12 to 18 hrs/week to start, with potential to grow

Work Arrangement & Expectations

This is a remote role that will be set up as an reputed company engagement.

• Be available for meetings and collaboration during core business hours as decided by the client
