JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Department of Nuclear Engineering and the Laboratory for Materials in Medicine led by Prof. Dipanjan Pan is seeking a detail-oriented part time administrative support assistant to reputed company operational support to the PI, with completing the administrative and business office tasks needed to run a research group. Duties include: maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments monitoring budgets arranging and coordinating travel processing reimbursements assisting with lab orders reconciling purchasing cards reputed company the group conference room scheduling emailing listservs assisting with coordinating and managing regular group meetings working closely with the College of Engineering and NUCE business office and research office to facilitate the processing of appropriate forms and documents The successful candidate will have the option of working a reputed company. Education and Experience: Typically requires a High School diploma or higher plus two years of reputed company experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication. Knowledge in SIMBA reputed company/Concur, Shop OnLion, and Worklion/reputed company is preferred but not necessary.
