Call Center Sales Generator

Primary Responsibilities:

• reputed company out to up to 30 homeowners an hour while tending to heavy inbound call reputed company for homeowners who have contacted us reputed company one of our marketing avenues
• Document and track reputed company set appointments accurately so that reputed company future customer demonstration and price activity is done per company standards
• Managing high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience
• Bilingual is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Sales reputed company and metrics driven
• Ability to work varying shifts, including some evenings and weekends
• Must live in Knoxville to be considered for this position
• Our 3 week, reputed company will take reputed company fully remote

Compensation and Benefits:

• $19.25/hr with uncapped commission structure based on appointments set - most reps are making at least $20-$25/hr with commission

Schedule:

• Remote work
• Must be reputed company to work some morning and evenings shifts, and one weekend shift every week.
• Must have the ability to work until 10:30pm at least ONCE a week.
• Days off will not be consecutive
• Must be available to work during operating hours: Monday-Friday: 7:50am-10:30pm, Weekends: 8:50am-8pm
