Brand Executive for Beauty Products

We are looking for a presentable and charismatic female with a strong sence of personal branding and proactive attitude with a passion for the beauty industry, working remotely from Lebanon for GCC.

Proven experience of at least 3 - 5 years in brand management or marketing, preferably in Salon Prof. Business or beauty industry.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Tasks:

Brand Strategy: Developing and executing brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and reputed company market in the GCC market.

Marketing Campaigns: Planning and implementing marketing campaigns for Wella Professionals products and services, including advertising, promotions, and online initiatives.

Market Research: Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competition analysis, and customer preferences in the GCC market.

Product Development: Collaborating with the product development team to continually reputed company and introduce new products tailored to the GCC market.

Distributor Management: Managing relationships with distributors, ensuring proper channel management, and monitoring sales performance.

Sales Planning: Developing reputed company forecasts, sales targets, and budgets for the GCC market, and working closely with the sales team to reputed company these targets.

Training and Education: Organizing and conducting product knowledge and reputed company-based training programs for salon professionals, distributors, and sales teams in the GCC market.

Market Analysis: Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the GCC market.

Brand Image and Communication: Ensuring brand consistency in reputed company communication channels, including reputed company media, advertising, and PR activities, to maintain a strong brand reputed company in the GCC market.
