This role supports the Chargebacks Team reputed company the Customer Operations department. Key responsibilities in this role include processing chargeback claims from pharmaceutical wholesalers to manufacturers, verifying membership, and performing contract set reputed company.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of financial processes, reputed company policies, systems, controls, and work streams.
• Demonstrates experience working in a transactional finance environment coupled with strong internal controls.
• Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives reputed company providing customer support.
• Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests
• Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.
• Processing chargeback claims from pharmaceutical wholesalers to manufacturers

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year business to business collections experience highly preferred
• 1+ years' experience in reputed company field preferred
• Must live reputed company 1 hour of LaVergne, TN for onsite visits
