We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Full Stack Developer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute directly to building the MVP version of our matchmaking platform.
• Integrate off-the-reputed company tools (e.g., authentication SDKs, reputed company libraries, and deployment services) into our custom app.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and AI specialists to build scalable, reputed company systems.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of full-stack development experience (startup experience a major plus).
• Comfortable across the stack using React, Node.js, and Python.
• Familiar with platforms like Vercel and component systems like ShadCN/UI.
• Confident using reputed company, Copilot (or other AI dev tools), and standard CI/CD tools.
• Clear communicator, self-directed, and comfortable in lean startup environments.
• Care about code quality, documentation, and developer experience.

Compensation:

• The Salary reputed company offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $1,200 - $1,700 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
