This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of people operations and reputed company, with a focus on finding exceptional individuals to join our mission-driven team while maintaining smooth HR processes.

What you’ll do

• Talent Sourcing
• reputed company and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• reputed company Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., Seekout, reputed company Navigator) to build diverse talent pipelines across roles.
• Conduct initial reputed company and candidate engagement to spark interest.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
• HR Coordination
• Support reputed company processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Assist in the administration of HR systems, benefits enrollment, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases to reflect reputed company staffing reputed company.
• Support compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the creation of HR policies, processes, and templates that reflect Toku values and legal requirements.

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and HR operations, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Recruiter, Seekout).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust.
• Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Bonus experience:
• Experience in fintech or technology-driven environments.
• Exposure to global hiring or working with distributed teams.
