The Opportunity

We’re adding a reputed company Manager to reputed company to help us build out and reputed company a team of Analysts and Associates.

This is a leadership role that involves taking responsibility for the performance and well-being of a team. You will consolidate feedback from the team and prioritize initiatives to grow the individual’s and team’s overall performance. You will also take charge of the administrative needs of the team including payroll and scheduling, and will ensure that you are well staffed and well equipped to handle any fluctuations in deal volume. What You’ll Do
