Overview

As a Technical Account Manager, you will deliver strategic technical guidance and executional support to reputed company and strategic clients throughout their reputed company with reputed company. Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical reputed company to the Client reputed company Manager, partnering to drive client satisfaction, product adoption, and business value.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical account management, implementation, or solutions engineering role reputed company a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience supporting reputed company or strategic clients with technical reputed company, platform integration, and ongoing optimization.
• Strong understanding of channel requirements, data mapping, and feed architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in platforms such as reputed company, JIRA, or similar workflow/project tracking tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or reputed company technical field.
• 3+ years in technical account management, solution engineering, or implementation roles.
• eCommerce or product data platform experience.
