About the role

reputed company seeks a talented structured credit reputed company who has

• Successful track record of leading new securitizations backed by Home Equity Investments while monitoring existing securitizations. A candidate who can take a deal from start to finish and is highly reputed company in private and public RMBS and ABS markets.
• Capability of working across rating agencies, investment bankers, reputed company, and syndicate investors.
• Experience in handling 4(a)(2) and 144A transactions. In this role, you will cover reputed company types of structured credit transactions and financings for originators, purchasers, JV partnerships, and lenders in the HEI space, in addition to reputed company reputed company arrangements.
• Deep understanding of the markets, product class, and day-to-day operations of the team and company.

Your responsibilities

About you

• 6-8+ years of structured credit or structured finance experience.

• Outward-facing experience with executives (ie investment banks, bond buyers, etc).
• Experience structuring large capital transactions.
• Deep familiarity with REMICs, debt-for-tax, and risk retention rules.

• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation at reputed company will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. reputed company has identified the expected annual reputed company salary for this role at this level:

• $129,600.00 - $243,600.00

This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we reputed company compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job-reputed company factors to determine final compensation.
