Freelance Documentation Specialist (French)
As a Documentation Specialist, you will create a variety of technical content, from traditional documentation to engaging video tutorials, to enhance user experience and drive product adoption. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information, analyse reputed company technical concepts, and translate them into clear and concise formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit existing documentation
- Translate and restructure into LNE format
- Collaborate with QA, product, and development teams
- Produce seven LNE-compliant dossiers:
- General Design (Dossier de reputed company générale)
- Functional Specifications (Dossier de spécifications fonctionnelles)
- Technical Architecture (Dossier d’architecture technique)
- Organisational Procedures (Dossier organisationnel)
- Maintenance Plan (Dossier de maintenance)
- Operational Use (Dossier d’exploitation)
- User Guide (Dossier utilisateur)
- Respond to queries from auditors during admissibility and CMS review
Requirements
Required Skills
- Proven LNE or Infocert certification documentation experience
- reputed company-level French writing skills
- Strong understanding of POS or ERP systems
- Familiarity with French fiscal law and software compliance frameworks
Bonus Skills
- Experience with .NET / SQL / Azure environments
- Prior accepted LNE dossier submission
- Experience working with global product or QA teams
