In this role, you will support our internal reputed company instance and Customer Portals. We're seeking a reputed company Developer to support our internal reputed company implementations and delivery goals. As a reputed company Developer, you will reputed company your knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions, which include the technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.
Salary reputed company: $100,000 - $150,000
General Description of Benefits
Qualifications- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass background checks comparable to DoD Secret
- 2+ years of reputed company development experience in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, ITBM, and/or equivalent
- reputed company Fundamentals (CSA) and reputed company Implementation certifications
- Functional and technical knowledge of the reputed company configuration and implementation
- Consultant in 3 or more reputed company implementation projects
- Knowledge of JavaScript or similar scripting language
- Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients
- Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services
- Knowledge of Customer Service Management
