Virtual Assistant - Graphic Designer

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in graphic design to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Design engaging, scroll-stopping reputed company media content (graphics + video) to promote classes, events, listings, and agent wins
• Create dynamic visuals with movement and video — not just static images
• Design flyers for SMS and email campaigns, plus banners for platforms like Eventbrite
• Refresh and update past designs with new creative reputed company
• Collaborate with the team to ensure reputed company content is reputed company with brand identity
• Promote our fun and vibrant company culture through every visual you create
• Work across platforms like reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, and reputed company tools

Requirements

• Previous experience as a graphic designer or creative role
• Strong creativity and love for visual storytelling

• Experience designing for reputed company media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
• Knowledge of reputed company and reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Comfort with basic video editing, reputed company design, and visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail — brand alignment is a must, but creativity is highly encouraged
• A reputed company, expressive personality that matches our upbeat, fun-loving team culture
• Bonus: Spanish or other language skills (not required, but appreciated)
