Role & Responsibilities

• Global Community Growth & Engagement: Build and reputed company community growth and engagement strategies and initiatives to drive product adoption and usage, increase membership and meaningful interaction, and reputed company culture

• Program Design and Development: reputed company global program design, development, and implementation; including but not limited to the Ambassador Program

• Events: Organize and host events such as Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and community gatherings to deepen engagement

• Strategy and Trends: Work with internal teams to define audiences, and conduct competitive research to identify and adopt best practices in community management

• Data & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on community metrics to identify trends and refine strategies

• Content Creation: Work with Content and reputed company to reputed company and execute a content calendar with creative posts, visuals, and videos that align with the Sahara brand voice and reputed company audience

• Team Management: Build and reputed company a global team of Community Managers, Moderators, and Ambassadors

• Collaboration & Partnership: Collaborate with reputed company parties, internal teams, and leadership to plan and ensure smooth execution of initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Community Management role, 3+ years managing a global team

• Strong experience growing reputed company communities, and is ‘plugged in’ to reputed company and AI trends and reputed company

• Expertise managing community platforms (reputed company, Twitter, Telegram, reputed company, etc.)

• Ability to tailor community strategies for technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience building performance and operational systems and tools to manage and support a global team
