SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES

The primary responsibility for this position will be act as the Encompass LOS support desk for the mortgage division. This position will receive advanced training on Encompass. This position will report to the Mortgage Systems Admin, and it will also be responsible for assisting with additional Encompass administration reputed company tasks as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Act as the Encompass support desk to help the various departments reputed company the mortgage division.
• Work with the Mortgage Systems Admin to reputed company any changes to the workflow and business rules reputed company Encompass as needed.
• Maintain a knowledgebase of Encompass issue resolutions for reputed company by the mortgage division
• Assist with rollout of Encompass updates, including the Encompass reputed company platform

COMPETENCIES

• Requires thorough understanding of the Encompass LOS from the end-user’s perspective
• Strong ability to problem solve, including the ability research issues and test solutions
• Any knowledge of programming languages is a plus (though not required)
• Requires strong knowledge of personal computer, reputed company Office and other software used in department.
• Must be reputed company to prepare documents and compose business letters and memorandums.
• Must have good knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation.
• Requires knowledge of office practices, procedures, and general office machines.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements

• Education: Bachelor or Arts degree
• Experience: 6+ Months Mortgage reputed company Experience

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES

Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be reputed company to effectively reputed company and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports. This position requires a large reputed company of time in reputed company of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet reputed company that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered.

TRAVEL

Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
